Client Onboarding Manager

Helpside is headquartered in Lindon, UT and primarily services clients located in the Rocky Mountain region.

Summary:

The role of Client Onboarding Manager is to manage the client experience by providing a seamless transition to Helpside’s services.  In this role you are responsible for setting expectations for new client onboarding, collecting new client paperwork, meeting new client onboarding deadlines, and improving current onboarding processes. You are responsible for connecting and building relationships with Helpside’s clients. You are the face of the organization when it comes to the client support team. You are responsible for proactively meeting with new client contacts to fulfill promises, educate on how to best use tools and services, prove value, solve problems, and gather referrals. The Client Onboarding Manager works closely with the sales organization and will provide support in the sales process by conducting technology demos and finding solutions to unique client needs. You will work together with a Client Onboarding Specialist to make sure that all new clients are having an excellent experience and that all deadlines are met.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects, executing at a high level and on time.
  • Confidently lead meetings with client company executives, HR personnel, and employees.
  • Proactively meet with new clients to address questions and concerns while building relationships.
  • Answer client questions and concerns in-person, via phone, and over email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Demonstrate company knowledge and effective use of customer service techniques.
  • Manage time efficiently to meet productivity goals.
  • Provide quick and accurate entry of required documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of client service experience.
  • 2+ years of client onboarding experience.
  • Business education preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with internal departments.
  • Experience conducting meetings with company leaders.
  • Track record of exceeding expectations and improving processes.

Required Skills:

  • Written and verbal communication- Email, phone, in-person.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience organizing and leading online meetings.
  • Experience operating in a self-motivated role.
  • Occasional travel.
