Human Resources Administrator

We carry the HR burden so our clients can focus on other needs of their business. The Helpside HR team are experts and help our clients succeed. The HR Admin position contributes to that process by managing various administrative tasks and duties. This entry-level position will provide a great foundation in HR to the right candidate.

For more than 30 years, Helpside has collaborated with and supported small to medium sized businesses by providing Payroll, HR, Workers’ Compensation, and Benefits solutions. Our goal is to support our clients in such a way that they can continue to grow their businesses and not worry about employee administration.

-Oversee and complete unemployment insurance claims
-Administer in-house drug testing & background checks
-Manage and complete incoming HR paperwork and mail
-Run government employment reports
-Conduct and provide market salary surveys to clients
-Manage job postings and applicant tracking system
-Perform other duties as required and assigned

-Excel and Microsoft Office competent
-Monitors own work to ensure professional quality and punctuality

-High school diploma or equivalent required
-Bachelors degree or current student preferred
-1-2 years’ experience working in an office setting preferred
