ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospecting for new business opportunities
- Developing relationships with business owners and decision-makers in multiple industries
- Consulting with business owners in the following areas: Human Resource, Benefits, Risk Management, and Payroll
- Cultivating referrals from current clients
- Pursuing continuous personal skill development
- Coordinating the implementation of services
- Resolving customer concerns through a team approach
- Must live in Arizona

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- 5 + years of Business to Business sales experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
