Senior HR Business Partner

Helpside’s dynamic seven-member HR Department provides HR support to hundreds of business clients in Utah and surrounding states. We firmly believe that we have the ability to impact our client’s businesses in a way that makes their employees’ work lives better. Helpside supports businesses in the tech sector, marketing, medicine, construction, manufacturing, education, retail, agriculture, and legal fields (among others). As a result, no two days here are alike.
Our Dream Candidate
Because our clients rely on us to provide timely solutions to a range of HR challenges, an ideal candidate will have relevant experience working with business leaders to address employee matters in ways that are consistent with applicable employment laws, regulations, and best practices. A mind for customer service and creative problem solving is essential, as is a willingness to work with our team to deliver timely and practical solutions to tough HR problems. Our dream candidate also has experience (and love for) training managers and employees on HR topics in an engaging way and is someone who is hungry to increase the depth and breadth of their HR skillset.
