2026 Open Enrollment Has Ended

Don’t miss your once-a-year opportunity to enroll in new benefits or make changes to existing benefits without a qualifying event. Employees can research benefits options, compare rates, and make benefits elections online through the Helpside Tools website.

The simple online system walks you through the open enrollment process step-by-step. The video below provides instructions for getting logged in and completing your open enrollment elections and changes online and may answer many of your questions. Employees of companies based in Arizona have a different network for health and one different dental option, please click here to view your video.

Who do I contact if I have difficulty accessing the open enrollment portal?
If you are having difficultly accessing the open enrollment portal, please make sure the pop-up blocker in your internet browser is turned off as it opens in a new window.

We encourage you to allow yourself plenty of time before the deadline in order to prevent issues logging in that may delay the ability to complete open enrollment changes and elections on time. The portal will not allow you to submit after 10:00pm (MST) on Tuesday, November 18, 2025.

Reminder: If you participated in the flexible spending account (FSA) or health savings account (HSA) in 2025 your elections WILL NOT rollover to 2026. You need to login to the open enrollment portal and make new elections each year during open enrollment.

Not all benefits are offered by all employers. After logging into the open enrollment portal, you will be able to view your available plans and pricing. Please keep in mind that even if you do not make any changes, your premiums may change. You can view pricing for 2026 in the open enrollment portal.

What is new in 2026?

• January 1, 2026 is the medical plan rate renewal, which means that your medical premiums may change starting with your first paychecks in December if your employer participates in the Helpside Medical Plan.
• There are no changes to the coverage on the health, dental or vision plan options for 2026. There are no changes to premiums for the dental and vision plan options for 2026.

Login to the online open enrollment portal to see the pricing for all available benefits options.

How do I make changes or enroll in new benefits during Open Enrollment?

Employees will complete open enrollment 100% online through the open enrollment portal website. Log in at www.helpside.com using the instructions in the video above. We encourage employees to complete and submit changes and enrollments as soon as possible to prevent delays in premium deductions.

You will be emailed a confirmation of your benefits elections upon completion. We recommend that you retain a copy of this email for your records.

What if I do not want to make any changes to my existing benefits or enroll in new benefits for 2026?

We encourage every employee to login to the open enrollment portal website to review available benefits options, pricing, and confirm they do not want to make any changes.

Please note that if a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) is available through your employer and you would like to participate in 2025, you must login to the open enrollment portal and enroll during open enrollment. Elections from 2025 will not roll over to 2026.

What is the deadline to submit enrollments or changes for Open Enrollment?

Changes and enrollments must be submitted through the online portal by 10:00pm (MST) on Tuesday, November 18, 2025.

Please note that enrollments and changes will not be accepted after this date.

We encourage employees to complete and submit enrollments and changes as soon as possible to prevent delays in premium deductions. Changes and enrollments take effect January 1, 2026.

We encourage employees to allow themselves plenty of time before the deadline in order to prevent issues logging in that delay the ability to complete open enrollment changes and elections. Important Notes:

If you log back into the open enrollment portal after submitting your elections to Helpside, you must click Submit on the final screen of the workflow again or your benefits elections will not be sent to Helpside.

Benefit premiums are collected one month in advance, so changes will take effect on payrolls in December. Monthly premium deductions are spread over two checks for semi-monthly and bi-weekly payrolls and over four checks for weekly payrolls. Please complete the open enrollment process online as soon as possible avoid back premium deductions. Not all benefits are offered by all employers.
